how to lose as much weight as you can in 120 days?!

Question: How to lose as much weight as you can in 120 days?
I have about 2 hours of spare time a day

Answers:

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

1. Calculate your RMR using the calculator linked below, using the moderately active category. Let's say it comes up with 2,700.

2. Subtract 200 calories (if the RMR is much less than 2,700, subtract less) and divide that number by 5. You should be eating 5 meals of that many calories, so in the above example, 5 meals of 500 calories apiece. You should eat them about 2-3 hours apart. Obviously you can move some around for convenience, particularly moving some calories from a late afternoon snack to dinner, but make sure you're getting 5 meals of a real size (don't move more than 200 calories from any one meal) evenly spaced throughout the day.

3. Eat high protein but don't go for some crazy Atkins diet - ketosis is not a safe way to lose weight and it's almost impossible to do anyway. Whey protein shakes, available at most sports nutrition centers like GNC, are a great way to get healthy, high-protein meals in the middle of the day.

4. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, do high-intensity interval training for about an hour - this is easiest to do with a stationary bike. Interval training simply means going at 80-90% of maximum effort, followed by about 50-60%, and going back and forth. On stationary bikes I like to do 50-60% for 30 seconds, followed by 80-90% sitting for 30 seconds, followed by 80-90% standing for 30 seconds, and then repeat that for about twenty minutes. If you get bored, try something else - another fun one is to work (80-90%) 5 seconds, then rest (50-60%) 55 seconds, then work 10 seconds, rest 50 seconds, work 15 seconds, rest 45 seconds, etc. Going through the entire thing to 55 seconds work followed by 5 seconds rest takes 11 minutes. Interval training is proven to be one of the best ways to burn fat quickly. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, lift weights, particularly big compound moves that hit your back and legs like deadlifts and power cleans.

5. Drink as much black coffee as you can stand.

Losing weight when done the right way combine with a good exercise like swimming, recommended for it's a total body workout with minimal risk unless of course you drown :-)

We are Overweight For The Most Simple of Reasons...

* We eat the wrong food

* Wrong types of calories per meal, and also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

You probably find it hard to believe that eating more than 3 times per day could be the solution to speeding up weight loss, right?

In fact food is more powerful than any weight loss pills, because the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT. We stubornly continue to beleive that the lack of exercise can get you fat. It'll get your body to be floppy like the jelly but not fat!
Not eating the right foods at the right intervals each day can add up the fats on your body;
Slim down by eating the RIGHT FOODS at the RIGT INTERVALS each day.

Low calorie diet will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and mess up the chances of losing those extra pounds (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau.

You can never get slim by starving yourself I promise you. I saw my friends did that and yes they were happy because they lost a few pounds but the pounds came galloping back faster than you can say SKINNY once they started eating normally . The pounds multiplied and so did the tears .
It also affected their moods and they stopped being good companies. It became an ordeal for friends and families alike. My goodness they were unpredictable with mood swings.

People believe that food is the "enemy" which makes them overweight.

WRONG. Food is NOT the enemy.

Eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight

Eating less is NOT THE ANSWER,

Your body always "attempts" to burn the exact number of calories that you eat each day (this makes weight loss nearly impossible for many people).

Human body takes several days to "sense" any change in calories -- so if you SHIFT your calories (in a VERY special way) then your body gets "confused" and begins burning extra fat tissue
