Question: I hate my Thighs? someone please help ?
I feel like I have big thighs I'm 5'5 and my thighs are 18inches. does jogging on the tredmill or outside slim them down? Or having a personal trainner? Help someone its really making me feel down

5'5" and 18 inches isn't bad at all!! Don't worry, just keep active and you'll be fine. Jogging is an excellent way to trim down, so you can try going for at least 30 minutes a day. Also, use incline on the treadmill. It will help strengthen your thighs. Do exercises like squats, leg lifts, and lunges.
There's this one really good one that I like doing too:
Lean against a wall with your feet about shoulder length apart, and and crouch into a sitting position. Stay like that for 1-2 minutes. It helps!



Well i'm 16 and 5 foot 4, and I just measured my thighs because of your question and mine are 18 inches also :(
But i have always thought I wasn't that bad....i have been told my legs are my best feature but now i don't know..... :(
size zero is not attractive! What clothes size are you? i'm a clothes size 8
