Well, you can do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls by holding a can of soup or something similar!. Just hold your arms out in front of you and curl your wrists up and down!. You can also work on pronation and supination: hold something for resistance, have your arms extended out in front of you and turn your arms under, and then back over!.
