Can you lose weight eating sandwiches everyday?!


Question: Can you lose weight eating sandwiches everyday!?
I have lost nearly 2 stone!. I have another stone to go but I am sick of eating the same foods everyday!. I am a vegetarian and I usually have a banana, pear and yogurt for my lunch!. If I bring a brown bread sandwich with mayo, cheese, tomato and onion instead will it make much of a difference or will I stop losing weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's likely that your weight loss might slow down if you start eating alot more for lunch, as what you are currently eating doesn't have a very big calorie count!. The cheese and mayo are quite high in fat and calories but in small doses would be okay!. Maybe have that once or twice a week and have plain salad sandwiches with some low fat mayo the rest!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do they have a whole foods near you!? Try googling Southwestern Lentil Salad!. There are many HIGH PROTEIN and HIGH FIBER choices for vegetarians!. By the way, there is an essential amino acid that is only supplied in animal tissues!. Without it you will develop some serious medical problems later in life!. I assume you're taking suppluments to prevent that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

granary bread has a lot of fibre in it and will keep you regular, i think its best to introduce an alternative meal into your weekly menu dont just go over to sandwhiches but just have one for a change to break up the monotony of what you have been having every day,Www@Answer-Health@Com

You dont want to have just sandwiches,eat cooked meals too,just dont overeat and eat a balanced diet vegetables,protein,carbs and take regular exercise then the weight will stay off!.This is what I try to do anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry to hear your a veggen!. to loose weight you need to get on a protein diet !. eggs!. red meat!. and not bread!. no potato's no anything that is white in color!.

Try fat free cheese!.!.!.!.with tuna/salmon fish (fish has omega 3 which is excellent for hair and skin and heart!!)!.!.!.!.with cucumber

You need to eat some protein!.
How about taking in a tupperware box of salad,with grated cheese/humous/veg quiche/tofu
