Question: How to get rid of lactic acid after a workout!?
i have started to go gym and take exercise classes, but everytime i finish , the next day i am aching badly in my legs the muscles hurt so much that i cant exercise for like 3-4 days later and its ruining my exercise regime,, is there anything i can do to stop this happening to me pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

What you describe sounds more like muscular reaction to exercise that you are not used to rather than a purely physiological reaction!.

Your anaerobic recovery rate is not something you can do much about really excepting going onto pure oxygen after exercise!.

Much practice will raise your tolerance and maximise your bodies rate of recovery over time!.

Maybe your body is not used to working out!?!?

I had the same problem the first time I ever started training my biceps my arms would feel like hell and I didn't want to exercise for a week but then once you do it more and more, your body will see it as normal and will want to work harder and your body will also run more efficiently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
