Sounds like you have a well balanced workout routine!. If you want to build, you have to push yourself hard enough and with good form too!. Many people don't want to let their muscles rest!. They feel like its wasting time!. Truth is your muscle do more building when you are not lifting!. The lifting puts tears in your muscles that recover and add mass during rest periods!.
