Question: How can loose wait 10-20 pounds by the summer!?
is this possible!? I am thirteen and i am going to a camp this summer that i want to look good for!. Well I am 5'7 and 155 pounds, so i am a little over weight!. I was wondering if there is a way to get my stomach flatter and take some fat of my body (in a healthy way I am NOT taking any pills)!. I would like to take some weight off my lower stomach, thighs and hips!. Is there any way i can do that, loose weight, and look better for the summer!?

Of course! The answer is: exercise, as well as eating healthy, which is easier than most people think! Cardio is an excellent way to lose some tummy fat!. But, what I did to loose weight was to make sure that I am only eating when I am hungry!.
Your body has a way of telling you when it's time to eat (stomach growling!.)
So what I did is whenever I heard my stomach growl, I would eat a light, healthy meal until I felt satisfied (NOT STUFFED!.)
The portions take some time getting used to but make sure not to get obsessed and starve yourself!. Because, you need to eat to loose!.
Also, apart from eating exercising is very important!. If you are looking to get a slimmer body then crunches, push ups, weightlifting etc won't really do any good!.
What you need is cardiovascular exercises!. Great ones include running, swimming, biking, dancing, etc!. Basically, anything to get your heart pumping!.

i don't know where you live, but in ohio we have plenty of time before summer!.
i'm 14, so right around now i try to get tinier too!.
do some crunches, not much, i am pretty lazy myself ;D
stop drinking pop, really!. juice too!.
when the weather is warmer start walking and slight jogging outside!.
ride your bike!.

Start exercising & eating right!.
That can EASILY be done!. You can lose 8 - 10 pounds in a MONTH, so you will have more than enough time to lose that much by summer!.

Do about an hour of exercise daily (aerobic)!. Yoga and pilates work wonders!. Eat a healthy diet that consists of everyday vegetables, meats and so forth!. Stay away from junk food and carbs!. (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
