Actually, you don't need to "diet" per se to lose weight, the one diet which really delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN!. If your motivation is to lose weight just for a party i say dont even try cuz you will put it back on before you know, if you resolve to lead a healthy lifestyle then by all means follow a good diet and exercise plan and stick with it you will reap the benefits !.!. long term!.

When you eat, eat less than usual!. Walk away a little hungry!.
If you do get hungry during the day, exercise fifteen minutes!.
Eat more grains!. Buckwheat groats and millet are good choices for breakfast!. You will take a while to get hungry after eating them!.
