How to loose ALL your fat..........?!


Question: How to loose ALL your fat!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
on your stomach, thighs and arms!.

I run/walk for 60mins a day but it seems to be making my thighs bigger!.
I tried lifting weights for my arms but it got them bigger too!.
As for my stomach, ive tried doing everything but i need to loose all the fat on it first!.
Oh and i eat pretty good, but binge a lot :[ (i drink a lot of water also)
What can i possibly do to loose all the fat on me!? Nothing seems to work!. How can i control my eating habits!?
im 14 and 5'3 if that helps and i need to loose 15lbs bad!

The reason they're getting bigger is because the muscle is growing!. THe only way for them to actually be smaller is to cut back on eating, But, just saying you can never lose ALL your fat, that's REALLY unhealthy so don't even try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most exercise helps your body produce new muscle, which is why it may look as though your thighs are bigger!. Muscle is healthy though, don't think of it as a bad thing!. For your stomach, you need to work your core/abs, not literally your stomach!. Try sit-ups, crunches, anything that would work that area!.

Binging is not good!. Portion is key!. You can still have chocolate cake, but limit it to a small amount!. Concentrate on meals, no more snacking!. Include healthier, more organic, foods!. Try not to eat processed foods!.

Also, two big points: it's LOSE weight, not loose!. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like to loosen any fat!. Also, no one should ever lose all their fat!. The human body needs fat, it has multiple functions, and it's essential in certain body functions!. It's okay to lose excess fat, but losing all of it would lead to serious unhealthy conditions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 14 your body is in the middle of puberty and this is NOT the time to try and starve yourself so please dont do that!. Start writing down everything you eat, all the time, and see what happens!. Studies show that people who keep food journals lose twice as much weight as those who dont, knowledge is the key!

Exercise is the best thing you can do for yourself!. I know it seems ridiculous to say but you are better off having slightly larger thighs and biceps if it keeps you healthy and fit!. Over the course of the next few years you will see a ton of changes in your body, you may get taller, slim out etc!. Talk to your doctor if you are really concerned!. Try doing some more physical activity!.

it does!. a better thing to do is hindu squats(youtube for video example) and hindu pushups!. do them ALL throughout the day!.what i mean by that is do 1-5 minutes total!. every hour or so!. this will put your metabalism in overdrive and do major change safely and fast!. doing them will work great on the stomach too!. if you want a great stomach workout then just do what is called the suck in!.!. tense your stomach muscles all throughout the day!. make the water ice water and add some lemon to help cleanse and detox!. drinking the extra water will help with the bingeing!. drop out the soda and the bread and you will get the results you want safely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummm, its impossible to lose all of your weight, and and extremly unhealthy to lose too much, the best thing to do is to just eat 3 set decent meals a day and stop snacking, put all of your snack food in a box and put it out of your way, when you get bored your in a habbit of eating, get into the habbit of when your bored, going for a light jog, and if your only 14, its still all puppy fat, there for its very hard to lose it, wait untill your 15 or 16 and just keep eating healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

im 14 and five foot three!!! ok i was anorexic and when your anorexic your not skinny enought until your dead!. i would KILL for big arm muscles!. plu muscles make you have a fast metabolism!. you dont want to be less than 20% body fat bc then you will lose your period!. i did!. not i have about half he hair on my head bc it keeps falling out and i havent grown in over half a year (im fully recovered except i still dont have my period!.) my advice!? if you are less than 125 dont even try to lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

First off you can't lose it all!.!.!.!.You need some fat!. But you will notice that you will gain in the arms and legs, because it's turning to muscle now!.!.!.!.!.The arms take the longest to get where you want them!.

dont eat anything after say 7!. just drink water if u are hungry after that!. this will allow ur body 2 burn the fat bafore you go to sleep and the water reduces your weight by draining out ur system!. dont drink 2 much water!. water poisoning Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink more water and less carbs workout 3 days a week, and you can't lose weight in certains areas!.so just stay focus and motivated to look your best!. fyi you need some fat during workouts becausethats where your energy comes from!.

Your arms are getting bigger cause of your muscles are develpoing i think after that then u will be able 2 lose your fat!!!

my friend doesnt eat very much and she had lost so much weight but will b unable t give birth in the future because of it! she could die if she doesnt start eating normal amounts fo food!. i was talking to this guy and every time he sees her he ses she would be so beautiful if she had more meet on her bones!. i ntell her that every day but nshe is convinced she is fat!. all her cloths or to big for her now and she is still losing weight and her selfasteem is going down the drain all the guys used to luv her bbut now not so much!. its so sad be happy for the wonderful woman god has made u!. now my friend is one of the most beautiful girls ive ever seen but its not only that one guy that sed that all guys say that if she just ate normal she would be amazing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
