u seem to eat eggs alot lol but u said no eggs and the person says scrambled eggs wth!.!.!.alright how about oats mixed w/ whey
or make protien pancakes w/ oats whey powder milk baking powder vanilla extract and pudding or mashed up banana or just have a protein shake or a protien cereal like special k or kashi or just eat reg food like chicken tuna w/e who says breakfast has to be breakfast foodWww@Answer-Health@Com
