Are you living in a 2 storey house !?, if yes, trying running up and down the stairs , it is effective!. Try doing that for at least 30 minutes aday!. Do intensive training!. Such as running up and down really fast for 2 minutes , then walking up and down slowly for 1 minute, then repeat!.
You can carry some weights while doing that to increase intensity and effectiveness!. Use a 4 or 5 liter bottle of water ( filled up that is ) as free weights if you dont have the iron plates!.
Then do push-up , proper one, aim for 3 seconds down, 2 seconds up!. About 200 proper push-ups a day would do!. And jumping ropes is also very effective, add it in to alternate your routine!.
And do chores , lol!.!.!.!.!.lots of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
