Question: What are some simple ways to lose a few pounds!?
I don't need to lose a lot of weight but i do need to lose a few pounds!. My main issue is that I need to slim down around my abs, thighs, waist etc!. I am currently in university living in a dorm building so I need to find a way to get slim that doesn't involve a lot of exercise (I have access to a gym but with studying, classes, etc I don't always have a lot of time to go to the gym)!. while your sitting down sit up straight suck in your abs and move your obliques side to side ( make sure that your sucking them in so u can get a effective work out)!. ditch the sugary drinks they only cause them to go all over your body ( esp!. where you do not want them)!. eat a lot of veggies and fruits!. before you jump in the shower jog in place for a minute or two( a mini workout)!. when your taking a quick break from studying stretch your muscles =) and if you can do a few crunches!.

You live on campus and you have access to a gym!. Don't get it !
I've got friends at uni off campus, no gym access, busing it to uni, shopping, cooking own meals, sharing toilets, kitchens etc!. oh yes AND working jobs to pay fees/rent!.!.!.

Stop eatng!.!.!.!.lol no I am serious!. I know, it's so bad for you but I literally fast for 3 days!. Only allowing water, tofu (protien) and cottage cheese!.!.!.or carrorts (22 for 11 calories)!.

Im slim with no effort but i think thats because i dont really have a good appetite!. But if so i wanted to binge eating, thats just like once in a week!.

eat lots of fresh and as raw as possible food, avoid junk food and power walk between classes!. Do sit ups first thing in the morning (10 mins) and drink lots of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com
