How to loose weight in a specific area?!


Question: How to loose weight in a specific area!?
Hi!.
I wanna loose weight in my sides so that I'll look better in a bikini by this summer!.
I'm skinny, I just need to loose weight in my "love handle" area!.

Does anyone have any tips how to do so!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

tone up with weightlifting!.!.!.and TONS of cardio (running/elliptical/biking/whatever!.!.!.)!.!.!.!. might be good to throw in some stretching exercises to elongate muscles like pilates or yoga!. You can try to focus on your core, but be sure to work both your abs AND your lower back muscles! Although there is no real evidence of spot specific exercises leading to firmer/tighter muscles, a combination of the 3 activities above will help you to tighten up and eventually loose the "love handles"!. Also the presence of love handles has a fairly genetic component!.!.both my brother and myself are in fantastic shape and skinny but we both have love handles still!.!. You can minimize them by weight training/stretching/tons of cardio though! Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what I know, losing weight in specific area is not something attainable!. Maybe it is possible but the chances are very rare!. What i think you should be doing is, you should tone up your whole body instead!. when your body is toned up, your problem area will start to look better as well!.

I like the advice given by the other respondents and give you the suggestion of weight training!. You can not lose weight in a specific area, but there is no reason you can not build muscle!.

You can't lose weight in a specific area!. But you can target and tone!. Run for cardio and do alot of planks, side planks and plank twists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

love handles can never be gotten rid of, they can be tightened through specific exercise and eating right foods like greensWww@Answer-Health@Com
