Problem with overeating recently?!
Question: Problem with overeating recently!?
I have been having an issue this past week or so with overeating for some reason!.
Typically, I am pretty good about portion control, watching what I eat, and being decent about eating healthy foods!. The problem is lately (this past week or so) I haven't been!. Typically, I'd be able to just eat 1 fun size candy bar (the little mini ones) and that would satisfy my chocolate craving!. However, the past week if I eat one, I want more and more and end up eating 10 of them!
I'm normally filled up very easily, most days I don't even eat a meal for lunch I'll just eat some carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing or something, but this past week I've been needing lunch, and a few snacks, and I've been "picking" at food when it's not even time to eat!
The bad thing is, I have a VERY low metabolism, and being overweight runs in my family!. Even if I exericise 20 minutes a day 5-6 days a week and only eat 1500 calories a day, that just MAINTAINS my weight -- I won't even lose weight! I'm not very overweight -- only about 10lbs!.
I'm frustrated with myself this past week because I seem to not have any self control! What could POSSIBLY be going on!?!

If you're only eating 1500 calories and have 10lbs to lose - that might be what's keeping your metabolism down!. It needs more fuel!.

It is possible to mess up your metabolism by eating too little! Your body thinks it is starving and holds on to the weight!. I know this happened to me!. It is so frustrating!
All I can suggest is a good diet plan and throw away the scales!
