Question: Now that I know about that question I have another one!?
One person has told me if I want lean toned muscles I should be doing smaller weights
But another question is how many reps and sets!?!?
Also how many times a week!?!?
I am 13 weighing 113 and 5'4 I really want to get buff ripped whatever but nothing ever applies to a 13 year old so please can you help me!. Most of my questions don't get answered correctly but I'm hoping this time it will
I am also not allowed to go to the gym because of the price per month and also because a parent has to be there with you!.!.!.
But I have 250 dollars to spend on whatever equipment I like!.

I would suggest waiting a few years to really start lifting!. 13 is young

believe me thats when I started it takes a toll on your growth,testosterone and joints!.

Better to let yourself grow for awhile, if I could go back thats what I would have done!.

But if you dont believe me craigslist is the best place to get a bench press with a lat pull and some dumbells, I got all my stuff for around 250 and I have a full gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
