Question: What can I do to tone up!?
I'm 14 yr old male, and 135lbs!. I look quite chubby, and I want to know what to do to tone up and look more muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the gym 3-4 times a week (not everyday, that will not help you gain muscle) Do 30 minutes on the eliptical one day, and the treadmill the second day!. Cool off on the bike!. The nights you are not at the gym start lifting 10 pound weighs and add additional weigh when your feel comfortable!. Do crunches as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
