Why do I feel nauseous if I don't eat when I'm hungry?!


Question: Why do I feel nauseous if I don't eat when I'm hungry!?
It starts out I feel hungry and my tummy will growl, but if I don't eat for awhile I will feel slightly nauseous!. Not overly so but it is there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get that as well! Usually you need food at a certain time a day because your body comes to crave it at a certain time!. Just bring a snack with you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure but it happens to me too!. Then after a while I'll actually start to get the shakes!. I think it's a blood sugar thing but I've been tested and they say I'm fine but what do they know, They're only PRACTICING medicine!. They are only as smart as the next discovery!. Because you're losing the nutrietns that you last had!. Losing nutrients isn't good!. But you can go 30 days without food!.

Nutrients keep you on you feet, and losing all the energy FROM your nutrients is making it tougher on your body to keep going!. It's normal, but next time you get a chance to eat, you should!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

uh, well it's probably because you need to eat something!. your body might be craving nutrients!. so if you are hungry you should probably eat something or else you will pass out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe its because your blood sugar is low,so your body isn't working aswell as normal,also if your hungry you can feel sick and tired!.!.!.
