Why have I not lost weight!? I work out and have slimmed down a bit (arms are thinner- toned and strong and I've lost a jean size) I've only lost 6 lbs in the past 2 months!.!.!.
Is this normal!?

15 minute jog with Meri

30% exercise 70% diet!.!.!.take a closer, *honest*, critical look at your eating diary!. My guess is if you're honest you'll see some room for improvement!. No less than 1500 calories a day clean eating!.
Remember!.!.!. the journey is more important than the destination!.
What you learn along the way is what will keep you fit once you reach your goal!. Secondly, it's not a race!. The slower you lose the weight the easier it will be to keep off!.!.!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
