Question: I started a working out, but I'm getting !.!.!. Fatter!?
I don't get it!. I started working out about 3-4 weeks ago, im seeing results in my legs and overall stamina, yet now instead of my gut and man boobs getting smaller, they are just more "jello" like!. Explain!. I'm seriously getting frustrated!. Not to mention I actually feel fatter, like I feel big in places that I shouldn't!. I don't get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might just seem that way don't worry just give it time since you have not been working out for that long!. Your gut and man boobs are very stubborn to get rid of I had the same problem give it another 2-4 months and you will even notice your body will even out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
That's because it's harder to lose weight in your stomach!. You ARE actually losing weight, but you're losing too (much!?) and therefore it's hard for your belly to adjust!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
