Question: What do i do about this lower stomach!?
With my body type ( pear shaped) my bottom, thighs, and lower stomach, are bigger then my waist is!. Ive been on a diet for about 3 days now and i think its going good,!. about 2 months ago i lost 10 ponds and kept it off but i didn't lose any weight in my lower stomach!. ive tryed to do sit ups but while being at a disney water park i banged my tail bone at a beginning of a slide, it doesn't hurt but after i do crunches it does!. ( don't tell me i need to see a doctor because it is not broken or fractured) what should i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Running really helps with these areas!. I've lost 3 inches on my hips from running and proper diet!. Run for at least 30 minutes 4-6 days a week!.
