Question: What is your personal opinion on walking!?
i don't drive!.
my bike has a flat!.
and i hate to walk like they way i used to bike!. so now i don't really exercise anymore!.!.!. shouldn't i walk!? but i hate it's so slow and takes so long!. (so much time) it takes me an hour and a half more than biking!. i can bike fast!. i miss biking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really like walking - no equipment, just leave the house!. Try walking faster - or intervals!. I can do it on vacation or when I visit my in-laws without packing any extra stuff!. My husband says the same thing you do - so he chooses to cycle!. He has not been on his bike since last spring!. I walk 5 days a week!. Get that flat fixed or put your walking shoes on!. I hate walking lol!.!.!.!.its so boring id have to walk but i carpool with my friend to school!.!.!.!.!.and for the bike do something around the house to get 20$ for a new tireWww@Answer-Health@Com
