I asked earlier and got no responses!.!.!. anyway I don't want to be skinny, just decent looking!.!. how much do you think I should lose to look decent!? I know I am fat!.!.!. don't be a jerk!.

it's good that you want to loose weight! it looks like you should loose about 45 pounds!. if you try to loose 3 pounds a week, it should only take 15 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If your weight isn't giving you any health problems then I wouldn't really focus on the number!. I would focus on how you want your body to look!. Like which areas would you like smaller or more tone!.
Me personal I am heavier then you but my body weight is solid so I don't look as much as I weigh!. I have a weight in mind for myself but I am really focused on what I want to change about my body!. So that I feel comfort and love the way I look everyday instead of just some days!.
I wont say take it easy or go all out when you first start its really up to you!. Me I pushed to my limits but this is the first time I have started to work out!. I have started and stopped many times for different reasons!.

a number doesn't matter!. you can look at a pic of a girl who weighs 130 lbs that is active and she will look way better than a girl who weighs the same who isn't active!. just work out for your health!. for yourself!. and learn how to love yourself!. only you know how much you need to lose to look decent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it depends on your height!. You should be a certain weight based on your height and bone structure

so i would say you should aim to lose 30 - 40 pounds
