Question: Workout routine and diet!?
Im a junior in high school, i play baseball and planning on playing football next season!.!.!.im 5'11 and 270lbs!.!.!.yes i know im a big guy!.!.!.plan on playing DT and OT!.!.!.!.I want to get in better shape for the upcoming seasons!.Any exercise routines and diets i should try!?

In diet you can have fruit juices, raw or boiled vegetables and fibrous food!. Avoid junk food which has only calories and no nutritions like chats samosas or fried food!. Avoid tea coffe also!.!.!.if u want to a good shapeWww@Answer-Health@Com
