It's impossible to lose 100 pounds in two weeks!.
I run 25 minutes daily & 25 minutes of weight training!.
I eat cereal/milk and a banana for breakfast!.
A normal sandwich and a juice box for lunch!.
And a salad with a small portion of meat and a cup of milk!.
I do all this and yet I lose only a few pounds ranging from 1 - 4 lbs a week, depending on all sorts of variables!.
Sorry, there is no safe and healthy way to lose 100 pounds in that short a time span!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, unless you have the money for liposuction that's not physically possible!.
Even getting those results from gastric surgery would take much longer!.
You'd be better off setting a more realistic goal!.

If you are having big issues with your weight, get help!. Join Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig!. Take baby steps instead of doing anything drastic and repent later!. Take hunger control pills which have Hoodia in them!. It's an African Herb which works well for hunger control!. Try Slimfast shakes and they often have a diet inside the label!. You can also google Slimfast and visit their web-site!. You can make your personalized weight loss plan on the web-site!. I have tried their diet and it works because it keeps me full!. Please see your doctor/dietitian in order to get started!. Go for regular visits to be motivated!. Post posters/pictures of people that you find attractive (mostly athletes)!. Liposuction, gastric bypass, but for the most part, it is not humanly possible to lose that much weight in 2 weeks without some kind of surgery!. All I can suggest is diet and exercise!.

I would suggest having a more reasonable goal!. My brother was at 370 and lost 130 in a year after changing his eating habits and a lot of exercise!. That's something realistic, but it was still a lot of work!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well just try to keep a constant excercise routine and healthy eating habits
for example:
run for half an hour in the morning
eat a healthy breakfast like the quakers oatmeal or cheerios cereal
go to the park and walk around
eat a light dinner
try to walk or run at least a little a day

u need surgery for that much weight loss!. but if u dont want to do surgery then u need to just exercise and be on a clean diet!. u should the reach ur goal with in a few months because losing weight isnt supposed to be fast!. eat non fat foods and a lot of proteins and make sure to exercise 30 mins 3 times a week!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
