Question: Help! Compulsive eating problem:O!?
Okay, so its not THAT serious!.
But i eat ALL THE TIME!. I mean my will power SUCKS!.
I try not to eat before bed, and i end up getting a bowl of ice cream or cereal!.
I always go open my fridge and find something, even when i am not hungry! I have even tried not eating at all some days, because i really want to lose some weight (I am not like!.!.!. obese, just maybe five pounds over average!?) And then i find myself eating it all the next day!.
Please, any suggestions, i hate this habit but i cant help it!.

The formula for losing those excess pounds is not difficult - consume less and exercise more often - the problems surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are a lot of stumbling blocks in the real world aren't there!?! I got the same problem Lol, it might be helpful if you just eat when you want, but use a smaller plate!. !. !.so that you're giving yourself smaller servings of the same thing sort of and that way it's just as satisfying but with less of the bad stuff!. You could also think of somethin' else to after eating, instead of returning to the kitchen or something, and schedule when you will eat!? Dunno if this helped at all!. !. !.LolWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to change the foods that you are eating!. Try eating foods (oatmeal, high fiber cereal, vegetables, etc!.!.!.)that are higher in fiber, it helps you feel full and helps with cravings!.
Every time you eat ice cream or cereal (im guessing is high in sugars)!.!.!.!.this raises a chemical in the brain called serotonin, which makes you feel good!.!.!.!.but after a couple of hours and goes does and your brain wants that food again!. If you keep on eating the same foods the cycle keeps on!. You need to break it!

Chewing gum and drinking water are easy ways to curb hunger!. Also, I found running maybe 15 minutes helped me lose a little weight!. Stock up on more filling, nutrient rich food instead of fatty snacks like chips!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
