Question: In your opinion, am I fat!?
Ok, so I'm around 5'4/ 5'5!. I weight 120 lbs!.
I think I have a nice ***, and a pretty good chest area (lol)!. I sorta have big hips, and a kinda bulging stomach!.!.
Like its not flat, but its not totally sticking out!.
Am I a healthy weight, or do I sound fat!?
Oh, and is it possible for me to lose 10 pounds by Christmas!?!?

You're not fat, everyone's body is different!. Weight isn't the only thing that can determine whether you're fit or not!. Your body type and build can add weight, but you may still look healthy and be healthy!. Since you have big hips, and curves I would say you're fine!. Just maintain your weight and eat healthy and exercise at least 3 times a week and you'll be fine!. I think you could lose 10 pounds, but do it the healthy way, eat smaller portions, eliminate soda and exercise normally and you'll lose some weight!. Not that you need to!. Remember your body type, curvy girls are going to weigh more, its just a fact but it doesn't mean you're fat!. Don't let people tell you to starve yourself and kill yourself at the gym, that will only make your body cling to the fat it has to survive!. Just stay healthy and know that you're beautiful as you are!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is possible to lose 10lbs by Christmas!. However, your weight and height don't really help out here!. What you should be concerned with is your overall health and fitness!. Not only will you lose the flab, but you'll do it in a way that's good for your body and will most likely lead to a habit of proper nutrition and regular exercise so you look and feel great all the time!. No you are not fat!. That is perfect, for me!. Everyone is different though!. 10 pounds will be difficult because you have not got 10 pounds of fat on you!. You don't want to appear bony and frail!. Eat properly and work out!. Hit the sauna after light cardio!. Rehydrate and shower for five days, then tell me if you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends!. 5'5's average weight is around 120 I believe!. However it depends if the weight comes from fat or muscle!. If your a athletic person, then 120lbs is nothing!. If it is fat, it's considerable healthy, not bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
