Why is it good to eat nuts before you exercise?!
Question: Why is it good to eat nuts before you exercise!?
Somebody told me that if you eat nuts before you exercise it helps lose fat or something!. And that if you drink green tea right after you exercise it'll help lose weight!.

Nuts have protein, which helps build muscles and muscles burn fat!. Also, eating before you exercise gives you a bit more energy, so you can push yourself harder!.
And green tea isn't going to have a different effect if you drink it after exercising than if you drink it before, unless you're considering when the caffeine will hit the bloodstream!. The timing part's mostly a myth, but green tea supposedly does promote weight loss (although it hasn't been proven)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating nuts before exercise won't help you burn any more fat during exercise than eating chicken breast!.
and nuts are good because of their FAT content, not their protein content!. the protein in nuts is not a complete protein!. with all that being said, nuts are a healthy, nutrient dense food!. just not for reasons the others answerers have said!.
green tea may help you burn more fat during exercise because of its caffiene content!. just take caffiene instead!. caffeine is fine in limited amounts!. 300mg per day is pefectly fine!. too much can lead to adrenal burnout!.
