Question: Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can try to decrease my appetite!?
i seem to have been eating a lot more this past month!.!.!.!.i actually am constantly eating!.!.!.im not pregnant and have no idea why im eating so much!.!.!.
i gained about 15 lbs in the past 2 months!.!.!.!.and am hating it!.!.!.!.

but anyway when you get those snack/food cravings go for a healthy snack, not available!? then have only healthy snacks lying around go out and buy those!. exercise is helpful!. regulate your diet, 6 small meals a day can help curb your appetite, small breakfast in 2 hours small snack, 2 more hours small lunch, 2 hours another small snack, then in 2 hours have dinner, then 2 more hours another very small snack before bed, try not to eat past six o'clock!. and if you do eat after 6 be sure to go out for a small walk to help work it off, if you fall asleep on a full stomach your metabolism stops and your stomach slows digestion!. also if you keep gaining weight stop in to see your doctor and see what he says he may be able to prescribe something!. just dont starve your body that's important!Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you living in your own house!? if so, only buy foods which are healthy, full of goodness and wont help you put on so much weight!. this means if you are craving a snack you wont have such unhealthy options to choose from!. also drink HEAPS of water!. it reduces your appetite!.
