Question: My Biceps And Forearms Are Soft!?
Alright well ive added mass to my biceps, and they grew naturally from boxing and now im lifting weights!. But my problem is, they get bigger but they never get harder, and if u touch it they feel big but the moment u press they look as if there deflating and u can just push them right in!.
My forearms are also soft, and my brother who doesn't work out has rock solid forearms which feel like metal rods, but i work out and they are soft and can be pushed in really easily even when tensed!.
Now i heard that sometimes it could be because theres extra water
but can anyone tell me any other reasons why it may be soft
and what things i can do make them harder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what really makes the difference is not just bulking up but putting on the lean muscle mass!. Are you doing any cardio at all!?
Get the lean muscle on and then you can bulk up with the weight!. You have to have a foundation to start with!. If you just build muscle over fat it will go soft!.
