It really depends on you, your time, your current body, and your determination!.
I like the P90X!. It's great, but it's hard!. Anything that gets you doing things fast is a great way to lose fat FAST!. Going things at medium to slow pace is only good for maintaining weight!.
I do the P90X and I lift weights frequently!. That's my best solution if you really want to be in tip-top shape in minimal time!.
And always remember, it's proper 'diet AND exercise'!. Not one or the other!. A lot of people forget that part!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used this program to get in shape and have great six pack abs!. It takes effort on your part but if you follow it strictly and stick to it you'll get great abs and lose weight!. I thought it would be hard and it was at the beginning but once you get in the habit it gets hard to miss a workout, a few weeks and if you miss a day you won't feel right and you'll notice you want to workout!.

You have to eat healthy!. Also do high reps in your sets!. If your wanting to add muscle cardio is no good except occasionally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
