Answers:
Because of the way your body is you can't really work just your pecks without doing your shoulders!. The exercises that will have least impact on your shoulders would be the bench press and incline bench press with barbells and dumb bells!. Flys are also great for pecs aswell!. Try to push using your chest rather than with your shoulders!. Hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything that your not PUSHING!. The pec deck is another that would work!. As long as you are not pushing weight, it shouldn't have much to do with your shoulders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
