Question: Can you get a bruise just from lifting!?
k so i wasnt lifting a lot!.!. just doing a lottt of reps lol and my arms kill and i was rubbing my shoulder and noticed that i have a bruise coming in!.!. and i know it wasnt there before!.!.
so how is it possible that i got it from lifting weights!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well yes it is possible!.!.!.!.!.when you OVERDO the weights your arms get sore and this will make them much easier to bruise b/c they aree in a bad condition!. you probably caused the bruise from rubbing it!.
TIP dont do a ton of reps!.!.!.if u wnt ur arms toned then small weight and a moderate amount(till ur arms get sore then rest and go a agin) but if u want muscle then heavy weightsWww@Answer-Health@Com
