Question: Are two 6kg/13lb dumbbells heavy enough to improve my biceps!?
I want to improve my biceps but can't get to the gym so need a home exercise!. all my muscles are fine to me apart from biceps!. 6kg/13lb (in each hand) doesnt sound like much to me, but is it!? i mean with repetition too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its a good weight to start with, light weight and lots of reps tones and defines muscles, whereas heavy weight and low reps will add more strength, both ways add strength but heavy weight adds alot quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
