It means cut way down on junk, Very light on meat (if any), tofu, low salt, easy on heavy sauces and thick soups, very little fried foods and sugary foods!.
And it means lots of salads, steamed vegetables, fresh fruits, steamed fish, baked chicken, egg whites, etc

It does not need to very complicated!. You want that great big cheeseburger!.!.skip the fries and have a diet soda with it!.
