Question: I need a good crash diet plan for 6 days to lose 8-9 lbs!?
I know it is unhealthy but it's only a one time thing!. So a good layout of food for each of the 6 days would be great!.!.Also tips for keeping off the weight off after the crash diet is done would be great!.!.!.!.(not a big fan of cabbage soup if that's what you were thinking)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do realize this isn't at all healthy, right!? The healthiest way to lose weight is to lose 2-3 pounds per week!. Crash diets screw with your metabolism and deprive you of necessary nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
