Question: Why has my weight loss stopped!?
Since July I lost 24 pounds!. Now for the last 3 weeks I can't break 202!. I am a 40 year old male!. I lift weights but I do mainly cardio!. I run 3 to 4 miles 5 days a week!. I lift about 3 days a week!. I watch what I eat!. I make necessary cuts and do not eat anything bad for me when at all possible!. It is my mid section that I want to get rid of but it is so stubborn!. What can I do to get my weight loss starting up again!? Do I need to be a calorie counter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's because of all the muscle weight you're gaining!. You also have to remember the less weight you have the slower it's going to go away!. Try doing abdominal exercises or some yoga for the mid sections!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
