I lost 12 pounds in one week eating every 2 hours!. I ate 4 ounces of a lean protein with 1/2 cup of a good carb!. Like chicken and carrots or ham and potatoes!. I drank only water and would add some lemon juice for flavor!. I would wake my self up after 4 hours and eat the same kind of meal!. Then sleep again for four more!. I didn't exercise the first week!. **Good carbs are real fruits and vegetables!Www@Answer-Health@Com
The first time I dieted I lost about 5 lbs a week!. I found out later that that was way too much!. I lost too much muscle mass!. Not a good thing at all!. 2 lbs a week is just right!. Not too much or too little!. But I guess most people want to rush it when they want to lose weight!. So to them the more the better!. But I know better from personal experience!. Oh and cardio and weight lifting 5 days a week with a healthy diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
12 pounds, but only because I was ridiculously sick and couldnt eat or drink anything!. Ended up in the emergency room so I wouldnt recommend this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
