Supplements for slimming/toning?!


Question: Supplements for slimming/toning!?
im not fat but i have love handles and a bit of lower stomach fat!. I've been dieting!.!. eating porridge/wheat for breakfast, veg/pasta,fish for lunch and meat and rice for dinner!. fruit as snacks!. Ive been going to the gym 4 times a week and i do boxercise!. I've been on this diet for 5 weeks and ive noticed small difference!.

What supplements should i take for toning without putting on weight!?

all supplements are very bad for you and will only hurt you in the long run!.
just eat healthy and excercise and your body will take care of you!. if your not losing weight then its because your body doesnt want you to!. bodys are a very complex system and will work how they need to for itself!.
if you take diet pills your screw your entire body up and could end up gaining!.
just be healthy and your body will take care of oyu!.
