Question: How do i make my legs thinner!?
i really dont like my body right now but im more concerned about my legs!.!. they're quite big and i want to make them nice and smaller, is there any method to do at home without any equipment to make them smaller!?
oh and my muscles show which makes it worse casue it makes my leg look fatter!. can stretching make the muscles straighten up and make them unnoticable!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, at home you can do squads and exercises that target the legs!. If you google this, I am sure you will find lot's of those online!. But to be honest I doubt that this on its own will help!. Aside from eating healthy and this exercise, in my opinion, the 3 best exercises you can do are running, biking and the elliptical/cross trainer

Getting your legs into shape can be a long and grueling experience!. All of my girlfriends want to have those perfect fine toned legs that just go on and on forever and for a fact guys seem to love nice legs too!. Of course you could go to the gym and use all of the machines that they have for you to use and work out your leg muscles but there has to be a simpler way to get your legs into shape!. Dance thats what i do 45 mins a day 7 days a week not cause i want to be fit but beacause i enjoy it!.!. and my legs are really slim and toned
