Question: Experts, why is fast food unhealthy!? !?
Fast food is bad for you because it is high in calories, high in total fat and saturated fat, high in sodium and the drink is high in sugar!.
Are there any other reasons!? Why are they bad for you!?
Also, I looked at the nutrition charts of both Big Mac and Subway chicken bacon and ranch 6 inch
Total fat of subway 6 inch- 30 grams!.!.!.!.60 grams for foot long
Total fat of Big Mac- 29 grams
I am surprised at this!!! Why is there such buzz about how fattening the Big mac is when subway is fattier!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically the bottom line is there are mostly bad items and very few good items to the caloric count!.Very little if any good nutrients,vitamins , fibre,protein,good carbs,You are eating a lot of fat,salt,and sugar with nothing in return!. Just adding empty calories to your body that it doesn't need and nothing that it does need!. You are replacing bad for good!.So gaining extra weight with no nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
