Question: Is hula hooping an effective way to tone your abs!?
I read that a model uses a basic hula hope for an hour and a half a day and that how she keeps her mid section toned!.!.!. Is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try it and see for yourself!. If your abs are sore, then it might just work!. Actually it is a legitimate exercise!. You should not limit yourself to the hula hoop!. Exercise the rest of your body as well!. Have fun!. Maybe you could have a hula party or a contest!. Some people even use it like a rigid jump rope!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
