How many sit ups, push ups, and pull ups should I be able to do?!
Question: How many sit ups, push ups, and pull ups should I be able to do!?
What's a good number!? I'm a girl, 14, I weigh about 97 pounds, and am almost 5 feet!. I can do about 2 pull ups, 23 push ups (going down making 90 degrees at your elbow & holding for a second), and 35 sit ups in a minute (with your arms crossed over your chest, touching elbows to thighs each time)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm a girl i'm 13 about 5'5 and at the most 120 pounds!. i do 50 sit ups ( my hands behind my head) and 10 push ups ( real push ups) before i go to bed!. and pull ups though out the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
