Question: Im fat and want lose 15~20lbs a month!?
Im 5'9" and 195lbs!. I have some muscles too!. I want to lose 20lbs a month!. If that's a push, then 15lbs a month!. I thought I could lose weight faster, since I'm fat!. Tell me if you think this will work!. I've been doing it for the last 3 days
MEAL PLAN
Breakfast- 2 egg whites, 1 english muffin, yogurt
Lunch- Salad, low fat italian dressing, pinky size 6 chicken strips
Dinner- Healthy choice chicken & rice soup (90cal) & salad (same as above)
Snack on fruits, broccoli, yogurt
2cups of fat free milk daily!.!.
WORKOUT
30-45 minutes walking 4~5times (a week)
10lbs dumbell lifting 3reps/4sets (daily)
200sit ups (daily)
15minutes of yoga moves

ya i think it could work and if it doesnt cut down on the food a little but not too much! i am going through the same thing and i am doing a simmilar plan and so far it has been working last month i lost 22 lbs!. good luck hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
I think it would work with all the training you're doing!. One thing about your meal plan, in the morning, i think you should include an orange or some kind of fruit because the nutrients you get helps you to work harder, during your exercises then you lose more pounds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
