I'm currently on a diet btw, I am overweight and now I am in my normal weight!.

You feel guilty cuz you just ate half a bag of peanut M&Ms!!! You're on a diet and you're not 'supposed' to eat candy!. Just eat an apple or some kind of fruit you like and next time if you need to eat chocolates!.!.just get a few M&Ms so you'll have a controlled amount!. P!.S- just a fun fact i know the girl who created the Peanut Butter M&M! Her mom is the CEO of a huge company and the M&M people asked her what a new idea for the M&M would be and so she asked her five year old daughter (who is now my assisntent soccer coach and in collage) and she said she would like Peanut butter inside it like Reeses!. dont worry about it, just do it too often!. its not that bad!. if you really feel guilty, i find working out at least 20mins can ease it!.

if you want to make yourself feel better just work out for 20-30 minutes and you'll feel great :]!. But its okay if you eat like that every once and awhile just dont let it become a habitWww@Answer-Health@Com
