Question: I didnt eat for 7 hours!. !?
my lunch is at 11!. then i had to cheer at a game right after shcool!. i got back and ate a bowl of special k!.
am i going to gain weight!?

You are not going to gain weight!.
Your body wont go into "Starvation mode" from one day of under-eating!. Put a few of those days into every-week and your body gets very confused!.
Like I said before, don't ask your cheer-coach!.
Go to the Dr for a physical examination!. Tell the Dr that you have some questions about maintaining a healthy diet and ask what is the right weight for you!.
Remember that Athletes have more muscle mass than non athletic people!. That means you normal weight is going to be more than a girl same size and age range as you who is non athletic!.

when you sleep, you go without food for 7+ hours
it takes consistent malnutrtion to go into starvation mode and you won't gain weight, but it isn't as healhty as eating frequently, try to eat someting small like usually I just have like a handful of almonds/some fruit or w/e I can get between the end of school and practice Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are most likely not going to gain weight!. Just 7 hours will not necessarily induce your body into starvation mode!. In the future, though, it is always better to bring a little snack with you so that you don't go hungry!. For example, even cookies, candy, fruits can be snacks that will help aid your hunger!. You probably aren't going to gain weight, your body will go out of starvation mode fairly soon after you've eaten!. This isn't something you're going to want to do all the time, maybe pack a small snack or something next time this is going to happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
