Question: Is this bad eating or is it healthy or what!.!.!.!.!?
Ok this is everything I ate today in no particular order!. I ate them very spread out in the day but this is all I ate and all I am going to eat until I go to sleep:
-2 pieces of 80 calorie whole wheat bread (160 cals)
-2 boiled egg whites (20 cals)
-2 peeled whole carrots (50 cals)
-1 fat free light and fit vanilla yogurt (50 cals)
-some broccoli boiled in just water (20 cals)
-1 serving of unsalted mini pretzels (110 cals)
-1 small banana (90 cals)
-1 medium pear (80 cals)
-1 sugar free pudding snack (120 cals)
-1 glass fat free milk (90 cals)
Thats what I ate!.
Is it to much!?!?
Oh yeah and I'm 13, 4'11, and 79 pounds!.
Will eating this way make me gain weight!?!?!?
I'm also a dancer and I take dance classes 4 hours a week, and I practice at home at least 2 hours a day, and I take martial arts one hour a week!.

I don't see any good quality protein in there, you peeled away a lot of nutrients from the carrots, and steaming the broccoli would be better than boiling it, but otherwise it's a pretty good diet!. (Don't worry about the calories - if you're not gaining weight too fast for your growth pattern - you're still growing - you aren't eating too many calories!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

healthy for a 13 year old since u r very active sometimes eat snacks that are a little higher calorie for more energy since u will burn it of for sure!. but i dont mean mcdonaldsWww@Answer-Health@Com
