Question: Help!! i have to go to chilli's!!!?
I am female, 5'9 and i weigh about 137 pounds!. I am trying to lose 10 pounds by the mid of december!. My boyfriends parents are taking us for dinner at chillis and im checking the menu online but cant find anything low calorie that sounds nice! what should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They have a section of the menu called "Guiltless Grill" it's all healthier alternatives!. I recommend the Chicken Platter or the Chicken Sandwich!. The previous poster is right about the salads though, many salad options at restaurants have more fat than some of the entrees!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doesn't Chili's have a low-fat, low-cal weight watchers section!? I ate some of those entrees before and they're actually pretty damn good!.

Find some dish with grilled skinless chicken and a side of vegetables, its high in protein, very low in fats, and very nutritious!. Also make sure to drink water instead of a huge glass of coke!. Good luck and have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com
well when you go there the menu should say how many calories are in it,otherwise eat a salad
