Haven't done it myself, but did something similar called the 5 of 5!. After 1!.5 months, I put on enough strength to lift and move a sedan with my brother, and I'm a woman (the only supplement I was taking was protein)!. There is a huge advantage to working out in short, intense bursts!. You will not gain endurance this way, but you will gain size/strength!. Always follow up with 50-60g of protein in your PWO shake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
