You eat a banana (or as many as you want) with a glass of room temperature water for breakfast!.
Anything for lunch and dinner but no dessert!. And no eating after 8pm!. And you have to be in bed by midnight!. Thats all!. I highly doubt it works?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bananas will not give you sufficient nutrients, plus they will raise your blood sugar quickly!. And a drinking lot of water will only deplete the body's nutrients even more!.
Try the No S diet!. No seconds, snacks or sweets on any day that does not begin with the letter S!. It means eat balanced meals mon-fri!. And have your seconds, snacks and sweets, in moderation, sat-sun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All these diets are bullshit!. There's only one that works: consume fewer calories!.
Calories are the real deciding factor!. You can eat 1500 calories of french fries and ice cream each day and still lose weight!. That's obviously not the best way to go about it, but you'd lose weight!.
Just limit your calorie intake and maximize burn!. Naturally we burn 1500-2500 calories a day just by living depending on if you're a man or woman and naturally big or small (small women burn less than huge guys for example)!. Exercise can help burn more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hardly doubt it works but I think you do something like eat a banana with warm water for breakfast then whatever you want for lunch / dinner except no dessert and it has to be before 7:00p!.m!.
