cinnamon and raison bagel
apple
activia fat free yogurt
LUNCH( 200 cals)
pret a manger home made soup
ie!.!. mushroom risotto soup
ham and tomato soup
butternut squash and chickpea
SNACK( 350 cals)
cereal bar
skinny latte
apple/fruit
DINNER ( 400 CALS)
bean stew/ spinach risotto!.!.!.!. (loads of veg)
low fat yogurt
snack( 250 cals) i know not brill but i eat this to stop bingeing
chocolate bar
diet hot choc
i go on 45 minute brisk walk most days and occaisiony 10-15 minute run!. i do some stretches and stuff too!.!.!.!.!.!.
please tell me what you think

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more, the difficulties arise when we really aim to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations in the big wide world don't you think!?! man: ur weight times 12
That is how many calories one can per day!.!.!. and not gain any weight!.!.!. If one wants to lose weight just cut some of those calories!.!. I take it u r a woman so u want to get to 120
u will need to have: 120 x 11 = 1320 per day!. If u exercise say 200 cal!.!. a day u can add 200 more cal on to the 1320 per day!.!.!. that is only if u exercise that amount!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you stick to the dietary plan you set out changing up few things to make sure you get all the vitamins and stuff then yer plan looks fine!.
not sure if you have a job that keeps you active thought the day but i'd say you could afford to do a bit more with your exercise times, for example, increase your number of runs instead of walking, and if you want to tone up then when your free of an evening, do some sits-ups and push ups along with your stretches!. However, 140 pounds is only 10 stone, which seems about right to me for your height so a long as you are careful then, go for it!
